Octopus Legacy accounts in the displays-admin group. There is no password to set and no separate account to manage — if someone leaves, Workspace offboarding removes their access here too.

Displays never sign in

A screen is its URL, not an account. Nobody has to stay logged in for a wall to keep working, and a panel in a corridor holds no session worth stealing.
